hmmz.. nice meeting with jiefang today.. she was early.. i tot she wld be late.. so she smsed me.. and tt time.. bus was turning into the boon lay interchange.. i saw tt area where mr peh lives.. so i replied "eh.. actualli can ask mr peh to meet us hor..." and jiefang didn't mind.. so when i met her outside OP.. i juz gave mr peh a call.. " eh.. mr peh.. u at home or not arh? wanna come JP meet me n jiefang.. " guess wad.. he was nice enuff to juz agreed straight away.. ahhaz...
so while waiting for mr peh.. jiefang n i walked aimlessly ard jp.. he reached in 10 mins time.. fast huh.. n he suggested to go fish n co for lunch.. n the waiter juz blabbered lotsa things regarding fish n co.. and said something like.. if u pay using the citibank card u can blah blah blah.. so mr peh went "yah.. i have citibank card" and jiefang n i juz exchanged similar face.. so yah.. mr peh paid for the lunch but we din eat alot.. so.. we din spend alot of this money.. had a long long chit-chatting session toking bout all sorts of topics.. school to working life.. hmmm.. he is definitely a nice teacher to tok to..
orh.. then he suggested driving us to ntu to juz enjoy the scenery.. ahhaz.. though not much scenery.. but when u haf nothin to do.. u dun mind sitting in a car being taken ard by someone who wanna teach u stuff.. and bring u to see things u haven seen when u r already 19 yrs old!!! okie.. so he brought us to this secluded area in lim chu kang i think.. where there are old HDB flats in tt forest-like place.. n yah.. obviously no one was living there already.. but the old type of HDB flats.. they r unique and it had nv crossed my mind tt i cld eva see tt kinda HDB flats in my life.. ahhaz.. orh.. n they onli have like 5 or 6 blocks.. so the place was like super cosy.. like a small kampong.. we were saying then ppl living there muz be so close n united...
then we headed down to the end of lim chu kang rd.. to this place which looks like a small n run-down jetty.. and u can see Malaysia from there.. and worst of all.. there were stupid dogs ard... ahahz.. scary... so we got down the car to juz have a look.. ahhaz.. nice! the sun was good..
next.. he brought us down dunno wad rd which he say we were going to the woodlands direction i think.. to this signal place.. he says its the place where signals were sent to other countries.. and we receive signals from there too.. n guess wad.. there were onli metal towers and alot of wires onli.. n the wires are hung in a uniquely beautiful way.. hmmm.. seems like an educational trip hor?
lastly.. he brought us to TUAS to see wad.. hahaz.. incineration plants.. yah.. which i onli see in the textbooks.. so as he drove us down.. he was telling us.. the things u r gonna see on the side of the road are all the things contributed by the Economic Development BOard.. true.. alot of factories.. hahaz.. okie.. so after abit of getting lost n breaking the traffic rules.. we got to the incineration plants.. ahhaz.. n trust me.. they are gigantic.. ahhaz.. diff from wad u see from social studies textbooks. so this was our last stop.. and mr peh decided tt there are no more special places in the west.. so he sent us home .. so nice hor
and well.. during our way back.. we saw this nice bridge and jiefang said " i like bridges.." then mr peh asked " some ppl like bridges because the structures are beautiful but some ppl like bridges because of their significance.." so naturally we asked " wad significance? " the answer was .. " a bridge links 2 ends together.." i dunno y.. but i was struck by this.. i nv tot of it this way.. nice hor? i think i am gonna love bridges now.. ahhaz..
okie.. so today was a fruitful day on mr peh's nice n spacious car! we were damn lucky.. instead of yakking n toking nonsense in jp.. we got to noe and see so much in a day.. hope there are still chances next time.. tml gonna shop in town!! i need a bag to go to sch.. big one plz.
